Pastoral Residencies

A few of our staff couples are available for a limited number of extended residencies on mission centers or major international cities for one to three months. During these residencies our staff will provide pastoral care through preaching, teaching, pastoral counseling and pastoral leadership. This ministry provides opportunities to build quality personal relationship, which allows for an atmosphere of mutual encouragement. Our pastoral teams find themselves involved in such activities as small groups Bible studies, Sunday school classes, youth meetings, home visitation, preaching, counseling, Communion services, weddings, funerals, etc. On-field mission leaders usually ask for advice in setting up an on-site program to assist in meeting the spiritual needs of its members. This ministry is full and rewarding as it allows our staff to establish long-term relationships with missionaries and their families.
