4. Where do we stay?
There are 5 homes on this property for participant's use, all of which
are on or near beautiful Lake Huron frontage. The homes are well-appointed
and fully equipped. Each individual or couple have their own bedroom
and, in most cases, a private bathroom. There are no more than 3 individuals
or couples in each home.

5. What is the property like?
This property has been in Diane Stewart's family for 150 years. It
is 1400 acres in total, including farm land, extensive woodlots, miles
of waterfront--and Willow River runs through it. The "feel" of the
environment is one of absolute privacy in the midst of incredible
beauty. The property is home to a wonderful variety of wildlife, including
deer, fox, bald eagles, and small mouth bass in the Spring.

6. What can I do on the property?
There are miles to wander-- in the woods, in the fields,along the
shore. There is a well -maintained tennis court and a par 3 "Scottish
rough" golf course--right on the property. In June, there is excellent
bass fishing in Willow River. There is a quarter mile sandy beach
for great swimming and launching canoes.
7. What's nearby?
Within 10 miles of the Retreat site you can find excellent dining,
an 18 hole golf course, a public library, a quaint Lake Huron harbor
area, lake fishing charters, a county park with an operating light
house and a grocery store.
8. What should I bring?
Pack for both warm and cool weather and your most comfortable and
informal clothing. Bring your own golf clubs, tennis racquets, fishing
equipment.
